1. What we collect
Your files, filenames, and spreadsheet contents are never collected. They are read by JavaScript running in your own browser tab and are never transmitted anywhere. There is no upload endpoint in this product.
What is processed, and where:

2. How we use it
- Page views: to know whether anyone finds the site at all. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, does not fingerprint, and does not track you across sites.
- Purchase data: to issue your licence key, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Support email: to answer you and to fix bugs you report.
We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not build profiles.
3. Cookies and local storage
No cookies are set by this site. We use localStorage for exactly one thing: remembering that
your licence is active, so you do not paste the key on every visit. You can delete it at any time via your
browser's site-data settings; the tool keeps working on the free tier.
4. Sharing with third parties
- Waffo Pancake — payment processing and merchant-of-record obligations (order data, tax).
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN, which necessarily processes IP addresses to serve the page and to produce aggregate analytics.
No other third parties receive data from this site. There are no tag managers, no pixels, no chat widgets.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we hold almost nothing, most requests resolve to "we have no data about you beyond an order record". Email support@massrename.com and we respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (typically 7–10 years). Support emails are deleted after 24 months. Aggregate page-view counts contain no personal identifiers and are retained by Cloudflare under their policy.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for purchases, email buyers. The previous versions remain available on request.
